As the new Executive Chef for The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern, Rhoda Magbitang has quickly ascended through the ranks of the food & beverage industry, from starting in the Philippines cooking for her five siblings as part of her daily chores, to working for the likes of Jose Andres and Susanne Goin. Her first Executive Chef role was at the iconic Chateau Marmont, and most recently she held the same role at Petit Ermitage in Los Angeles. A sought-after culinary destination unto itself, all of Mattei’s Tavern dining venues share a single thread: fresh, local California food with influences of ranch life.

Ed Gannon – General Manager
4 November 2021 — Stanly Ranch, Auberge Resorts Collection, a new luxury resort and residential property opening in Napa Valley this winter, has appointed Ed Gannon as General Manager. A seasoned hospitality professional with more than 30 years of luxury experience, Gannon will oversee all operations for the 700-acre property that is anticipated to open in early 2022.
Marlon Rambaran – Executive Chef
